Thanks chairmen, Good Morning ladies and gentlemen and our opposing debaters.
At the beginning of my conclusion, please allow me to point out 3 mistakes the pros has made just now.
First, the pros argue that college enrolment expansion gets families to spend more of their savings on education, so as to stimulate the economy in the aftermath of the Asian economic crisis and to spur the domestic demand. Actually, it is not the case. Because this prescription asks both the rich and the poor pay for the same amount of expensive education fee. It is the authority of college, investors and 物业 earn the profit. This makes the poor poorer and the rich richer.
Second, the pros argue that college expansion keeps more students in school during a period of rising unemployment which ease the pressure of unemployment temporarily. Actually, it is not the case. More young people are accepted to go to college because our society can’t absorb too many labor forces of eighteen-year olds. But disappointed graduates learn that it can no longer absorb the labor force of twenty-two-year, either. One of the purposes of college education is only to make us compete against our study mates and give us four more years to face the pale future.
Third, the pros argue that more and more students have chances to go to college, maybe they won’t suffer too much pressure in the college entrance examination. Actually, it is not the case. The pressure still exists and shows no tendency to be lighter. Lower score brings higher cost of money on education. Those qualified poor have no money to go to college.
Fourth, the pros argue that college enrolment expansion is a need of the public. Actually, it’s because the pursuit of wealth, fame, status or good social treatment. If other people have the chance to go to college, why shouldn’t I go there too?
Fifth, the pros argue that college expansion solve the problem of insufficiency in fund, infrastructure and more job opportunities for related industry. Actually, there are hardware, software and academic atmosphere problems.
Sixth, the pros argue that college enrolment expansion raise the whole population’s quality. Actually, it is not the case. Regions like Beijing and Shanghai have a higher enrollment rate than that of the underdeveloped regions, resulting in deterioration in population quality. Furthermore, at the bottom of pyramid, we need to develop elementary school first.
Now please allow me to conclude our points. It’s time to stop the college enrolment expansion in today’s China. The reasons are as follows:
First, college enrolment expansion has caused economic contradictions. From the perspective of country, the money the government, society and the public put into high education is beyond its endurance. Each year China need 400 billion RMB to sustain the enlargement of college education. As Chen Gendong, a academician of [wiki]中科院[/wiki] once pointed out that China’s CEE has reach the limit of government, society, public psychology and economy. It’s dangerous to continue to expand. From the perspective of average families in China, in particular, family in western regions, they are burdened with high education fee. So the popularization of high education is just a mirage, concerning the fact that the education tuition still at an expensive level. The aim of education is to make those educated rich instead of making those rich educated.
Second, CEE is partly as a way to keep a rising tide of high school graduates from flooding the labor market too early. That move postponed the employment problem for many of China's young people but did nothing to solve it. Even worse, the expansion neglects and later totally changes the structure of labor demand. While the high education is undergoing rapid expansion, the vocational schools expand little. This results in asymmetry between college education and vocational education. Man college graduates have to take positions which used to be taken by vocational school graduates. Thus an unreasonable high cost is afflicted on both of employers and college graduates.
Third, CEE hampers the sound development of college itself. Explain in detail, first, in order to digest more students, subjects are duplicated among different colleges. Second, the expansion sharpens the problem of unbalance teacher-student ratio. Before expansion, one college teacher teaches four students. After the expansion, one teacher teaches 15 students. How could education quality remain at the same level? The same situation is with the teaching facilities. Third, even if new campuses solve the problem of infrastructure partly, academic atmosphere cannot be transplanted as easily as those hard wares.
So, finally, let me reemphasize on our stance: We should not continue to expand college enrolment in today’s China. 真想好好

1点半的时候，他小睡了一会儿，女孩便到了一旁的电脑桌打剧本，而我，则乘机偷窥着他俊美的睡颜。2点的时候，我看到他开始流口水了，心里不禁的偷笑了一下，因为此时的他是如此的可爱。
2点半的时候，他突然醒了过来，于是和女孩继续讨论着我听不懂的剧情，还有那些我听不懂的爱情。
4点的时候，他开始看他刚下好的电影，而女孩在又回到电脑旁不听的敲打键盘，无比的认真，键盘声和他偶尔发出的笑声，一旁的数着自己每一秒的心跳声。
6点的时候，他说他要先走了，问女孩是不是要回去休息下，而女孩则说等着另一个人给她送早饭。我在想，那个人会不是会女孩的男朋友，至少，我希望是的。
6点十分，在天微微亮的那一刻，他走出了店。
