招聘：Now we are searching a Service Technican for a famous European group in Shanghai, which is ranked among the world's leading suppliers of highly precise, fast cycling plastic moulding machines for more than 50 years.Please find the details about the above position as follow:
Responsibility:
Take charge of machine installation, commissioning, retrofitting, repairing, service calls and specific customer training
Accomplish all necessary service reports and other service related information required by service administration
Assist in receiving and handling of spare parts orders and shipments with the support of the internal Spare Part Co-ordinator
Provide customers with support and service by phone
Instruct the customers on operation of the machines and systems
Provide sales teams with customers business
Prepare and conduct machine demonstration, materials and mould trials
Maintain equipments in Demo center
Requirements:
Minimum college diploma or above holder
Only fresh graduates whose major are mechanical are welcomed
Have strong knowledge in technical support and service on plastic machines
Good English communication skill in both speaking and writing
Be flexible for traveling in China and responding to customers' requirements in time
Good teamwork, work hard, service-oriented and independent
Directly report to: Service Manager in China
Oversea training: Yes
