Requirements for the Prospective Roommate:
You should
1. be a full-time student enrolled in any of the colleges in Songjiang;
2. have passions for academic studies (No major constraints:);
3. love peace and quiet, at least not be too boisterous;
4. be aware of conserving unrenewable resources in the house: water, gas, electricity, etc.P
Brief Information of the Rent Provider
I am a senior student from Shanghai International Studies Univ., business administration major, B.A., looking for a roommate who tends to rid the school dormitory and is searching for a good environment suitable for his/her educational endeavors.
I've got several important exams to prepare for next semester; that's why I decide to prolong the rent contract until next April or May and, hence, come here to look for a new roommate.
The current rent rate of this complex is 1,800 RMB per month (utilities excluded), which my former roommate and I share with a one-one ratio, but in regard with such a relatively high rate especially for a student with little or without income, [u]I might cover most of the rent provided the new roommate proves to be perfectly consistent with the requirements cited above[/u].
