Job Description:
HR assistant
Follow and implement recruiting plans, maintain recruiting channels, coordinat
e with recruiting vendors.
Help Recruiting Officers with drafting job? descriptions.
Source candidates through cold calls; search on the internet as well as in th
e existing applicant tracking system.
Review resumes to ensure all required skills are identified.
Maintain accurate records in the system.
Telephone pre-screen candidates; facilitate bringing candidates in for interv
iews.
Negotiate appropriate pay rates with professional and technical candidates.
Submit qualified candidates to the upper level management.
Assist Recruiting Officers in all aspects of the hiring process, with specia
l attention placed on sourcing and recording data.Assist to do other HR relate
d work assigned by HR Manager.
You Should:
1. Be a sophomore/junior/senior
2. Work 4 days a week at least
3. Good Oral English
4. Good appearance and temperament
5. experience for recruitment preferred
6. Female preferred
7. 100RMB/Day, If do well, after graduation, could become our regular employee
.
