[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]1[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、单周的周三为艺术中心开例会时间，艺术中心的成员必须参加，不得无故缺席及迟到。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]2[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、凡有病假、事假、公假，应提前向艺术中心各副部长交上假条（口头请假无效）。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]3[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、凡无故缺席两次例会者做开除处理。[/size][/font]

[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]1[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、每学期必须参加艺术中心组织的礼仪培训活动，不得无故缺席及迟到。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]2[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、参加礼仪工作应认真负责，每次参加礼仪工作均有相应报酬。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]3[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、积极参加艺术中心推荐的礼仪工作，每学期不得少于3次，不得连续因故推卸两次，违者开除艺术中心礼仪队。[/size][/font]

[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]三、奖惩制度[/size][/font][/b]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]1[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、艺术中心采用考评淘汰制，每学期期末均会结算考评成绩，考评成绩不合格者做规劝退部处理。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]2[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、考评淘汰制：[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]（1）每次准时参加例会计5分，例会迟到者扣5分，无故缺席例会者扣10分。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]（2）积极参加礼仪培训及工作，无故缺席培训者扣5分，有意推卸礼仪工作者扣5分，参加一次礼仪工作奖励3分。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]（3）凡艺术中心策划举办或协办的重大活动中有出色表现者奖励10分。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]若在艺术中心工作有消极或怠慢情况者，考评分扣20分。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]在每学期期末评选优秀干事时，以考评分数统计考核。考评成绩优秀者或工作表现突出者，优先考虑给予晋升机会。若考评分数极低者，将遭淘汰退出艺术中心。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]3[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=12pt]、在艺术中心工作时出现严重违纪违规现象或对本部工作造成严重破坏，将交至所属二级学院通报批评，并予以开除处分。[/size][/font]
