[size=12pt]1. Provide customer service for foreigner customers across the ocean; [/size]
[size=12pt]2. Assist customer via phone, e-mail and live-chat to questions concerning on-line shopping on 4MMO.com; [/size]
[size=12pt]3. Be mainly responsible for answering questions such as: order inquiry, post-sales service issues, customer suggestions an criticism, payment processing, delivery status and so on; [/size]
[size=12pt]4. To handle customer complaints and ensure these complaints are handled properly; [/size]
[size=12pt]5. The purpose of CS Department is to answer and resolve all incoming inquiries in a timely and efficient manner; [/size]

[size=12pt]Basic Requirement: [/size]
[size=12pt]1. College Bachelor degree or above, no restrictions on major; [/size]
[size=12pt]2. Have a professional and strong sense of customer-service, with a real understanding of how to treat customers; [/size]
[size=12pt]3. Those who are previously involved in the field of CS will be given priority; [/size]
[size=12pt]4.Good English reading, writing and communication abilities; [/size]
[size=12pt]5.Pass CET-6 or above; [/size]
[size=12pt]6.Proficient in computer skills, familiar with MS OFFICE, especially MS Outlook; excellent typing skill with no less than 50 letters per minute. [/size]
