[/color][/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]毕业四年多了，说长不长说短也不短了。之间跳了三家公司正准备跳第四家，面试的公司大大小小加起来也有十多家了，但成功的并不多。也曾上网希望寻找到一些帮助，看看是否有什么经验可以借鉴，但一直以来没有发现什么好的，我现在把我自己的一些经验与大家共享一下，希望对某些人有些帮助。当然我想到的和经历到的有限，所以希望有经验的可以继续补充，因为现在找工作确实不容易，谢谢以下是面试中常遇到的几个问题：[/color][/size][/font][size=12pt]

[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]可以谈谈人生际遇各不相同，每个人的起点有高有低。所以一个人也不可以一直在一家公司终老，如果公司与人个的发展有冲突的话，我们选择离开。个人性格，进取心，寻求发展。但此项说明要适可而止，因为不同公司的老总们对员工的要求各不相同，有的要求员工有进取心，年经有冲劲；有的要求员工当螺丝钉，克尽本份，太锐意进取的员工他们会有不安全感可以提及在不同公司待过的优点，如经历不同的公司文化，了解不同行业的特点，适应新环境的能力以及与同事之间的团队合作，总之一句话[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]“[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]见很多，则识得广因为大多数的企业公司都希望员工稳定，所以跳槽频繁给人予不安定的因素一定要加以说明，如在工作一段后自己也认识到需要稳定下来，专心地把工作踏实的做好。而且把自己跳槽的原因作以说明，但不能把原因归纠于原公司。总之，把辞职原因归纠与职业规划比校好，这样会给老总们留下此人做事有计划的感觉。[/size][/font][/color][size=12pt]

[/color][/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]大学的学习经历可以夸大。因为没人会为此事做深入调查，不容易穿帮。所以诸如拿过奖学金、在学生会作过一定的职位、社会实践等等，反正能说的尽量说。当然最重要的英语、计算机证书不可不提（而且是高分通过）反正也没人去查这个。[/color][/size][/font][size=12pt]

[/color][/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]工作经验不要保守，适当夸当但要有所准备。没有作过的工作岗位只要你了解都可以说做过。所以各位在实际工作的时候空闲之余多关心一下同部门不同岗位的工作流程及内容，对你以后的跳槽很有帮助的（此项问题在自我介绍时可以简单说明，但切记勿把牛皮吹破。因为之后对方一定还会进一步要你详细介绍你的工作经历，借此了解你的具体的工作内容及负责事项，以确定你是否具备相关的工作经验工作之余，通过的各类证书。[/color][/size][/font][size=12pt]

[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]最好不要直接提要多少薪金，因为提少了自己掉价不说，有的公司甚至会怀疑你的能力；提高了会影响成功的机率；所以最好是模棱两可，我是这么回答的：我目前的薪水是[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]****[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]但我觉得薪水在其次，重要的是公司及公司提供的职位符合我的职业规划，并且能学习到更多的知识及技能。为了防止对方一定要求你提出具体的薪水要求[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]在面试前一定要通过一切可利用的途径尽可能的了解面试单位的基本薪水情况[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],([/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]主要是通过同学[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]同事[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]朋友[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]).[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]这样你提的薪水就能比较合适[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman].[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]当然一定要说明扣完三金及个税后的收入还是总收入这个在有的公司影响很大。如果实在是不能打听到面试单位的情况，也尽可能了解所处城市，行业，职位，及单位性质上相似单位的基本工资水平。[/size][/font][/color][size=12pt]
