Goldman Sachs Gao Hua
Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Company Limited is a joint venture between le
ading global investment bank Goldman Sachs and a newly established domestic se
curities firm, Beijing Gao Hua Securities Company Limited. The company is head
quartered in Beijing.
Established in December 2004, Goldman Sachs Gao Hua offers a wide range of inv
estment banking services to domestic mainland China clients, including underwr
iting locally listed “A” share transactions and RMB-denominated corporate bo
nds and convertible bonds, as well as offering domestic financial advisory and
other services.
Gao Hua
Beijing Gao Hua Securities Company Limited is a fully licensed domestic securi
ties firm. Headquartered in Beijing, Gao Hua is engaged in securities brokerag
e and proprietary trading businesses.
Gao Hua was established in late 2004 by a group of investors led by experience
d China investment banker Mr. Fang Fenglei and Chinas leading conglomerate Le
gend Holdings Ltd. Gao Hua Securities has in place an number of cooperation ag
reements with Goldman Sachs which has enabled it to develop the first global s
tandard securities trading system in China, and a business model and client se
rvice standard based on and consistent with that of Goldman Sachs.
