II. Job Description
-manage incoming clients’ contacts (through email, fax, telephone) using all in-house resources
-reporting all clients’ contacts
-help the marketing and products teams to analyse the market and clients’ needs
-offer a top level customer service
-market study: identify relevant blogs which our prospects and consumers visit, report and analyse this information
-reporting line: Customer Service Manager
III. Profile
University graduate (minimum 4 years university), fluent in Mandarin and English, very polite, have smooth telephone manners and a good understanding of customer service and customers' needs, have excellent writing skills in Mandarin and English. Computer and Internet fluency. Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
IV. Character:
Team player, able to learn fast and work in an international environment, accurate in answering questions and reporting.
Willing to learn, improve and experiment. Taste for human contact.
Ready to embark on a fun, innovative project.
Interested in new technologies, sales & marketing.
V. Previous work experience:
0 to 2 years.
