知名外企招聘Receptionist

Responsibilities:
1. Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
2. Answer and screen telephones
3. Book flights, cars, hotels for travelers
4. Sort and distribute incoming mail
5. Prepare outgoing mail and parcels and maintain postage records
6. Purchase and distribute stationery
7. Manage the reservation of meeting rooms
8. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English or Administration
2. 2 years work experience related to administration
3. Good communication, patient, quick adaptability to the work.
4. Good command of English both in oral and written, at least CET4
5. Familiar with office software(Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc)
