Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors
1.Involve in the innovation project for the FG import needs.
2.Work closely with MKT/Regional/Global supply chain for the sourcing site decision.
3.Work closely with sourcing unit, for the network setting and following, to make sure FG delivery on time in full so as to support new product launch on time.
4.Inquiry for the relative purchasing information like price, trade terms, MOQ, capacity utilization of Sourcing Site, etc.
5.Negotiate price and initiate buying contract.
6.Work closely with internal relative R&D development, factory and planning team for the project following.
7.Manage import supply of FG, and strength business relationship with the suppliers.
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate
1.Bachelor degree.
2.2-3 years FG Buying in multi-national company, Knowledge and experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Buying/Import is preferred.
3.Good project management skills.
4.Good data analysis and calculation skills.
5.Carefully, Earnest, Self-motivated, Proactive, Conscientious, Bovine and Flexible, Good team spirit, able to work under the pressure.
6.Sound negotiation and communication skills.
7.Good written & spoken English & Mandarin.
8.Skilful in computer software: Excel, Word, PPT, Website Access & Research etc.
