Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors
1.Handling daily import customs clearance and delivery for Finished Goods / raw materials and packing materials of HPC factory.
- Good communication with Planning, buying, call- off, Finance to make sure the import goes smoothly.
- Follow up the third party to make sure customs clearance and CIQ inspection goes smoothly.
- Keep good communication with CIQ bureau and customs office, be able to handle emerge things.
2.Handling non-order import customs clearance of R&D and Marketing. Trial run materials/ testing machines/ samples.
3.Take part in projects and give the support form import departments side, especially in machine import.
4.Study policies of CIQ, Customs, National trade regulation to give the advice on the new import products, find duty saving policies, Monthly review the forbidden import list.
5.Apply for import and Export License.
6.Duty-free Machine supervision.
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate
1.Bachelor degree, foreign trading background is preferred.
2.2-3 years solid working experience in import.
3.Familiar with import policy.
4.Self-motivated, proactive, good team spirit, able to work under the pressure.
5.Good communication skills.
6.Good written & spoken English & Microsoft Office skills.
